The most damning quote from Dick Morris' dud of a book has rarely been cited in reviews of it -- the place where Clinton complains to Morris, who is demanding more and more money for polls and ads, that he (the President) has no time for anything else, so crushing is his schedule of fund-raisers.

Even if none of that money was raised illegally, this would be a scandal. The President of the United States was not spending his time on the nation's business. He was spending his time finding spending money.

Think of it: the President says he is too busy with official duties to respond to the challenge of Paula Jones. But he is not …
